This dual-stocking system consists of a low-compression underliner (approx 10mmHg) and a 30-40 mmHg overstocking. The underliner keeps your dressing in place at night, helping you to rest comfortably. Its smooth exterior also aids in the donning of the overstocking. During your daily activities, the overstocking provides the necessary compression to heal your venous ulcer.

- Complete wound closure achievement (96.2% with UlceRx Kit as compared to 70% with traditional bandages)
- Ulcers with diameter of up to approximately 4cm healed twice as fast with the UlceRx Kit compared to bandages (Larger ulcers greater than 4cm healed as rapidly with the UlceRx Kit as with bandages)
- Reported pain at night / morning was absent with the UlceRx Kit group but reported by 40% / 20%, respectively, in the bandage group
Easy Application
For simplified donning of the UlceRx Kit and other compression garments, we recommend SIGVARIS donning aids such as the Cornu-Thenard Extensor and Slip-On SIGVARIS (SOS).
