1) Unopened/Unworn Product Returns or Exchanges: Accepted within 14 days of receipt by contacting us using the submission form on the ‘Contact Us’ page. You will be given a Return or Exchange RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the address to ship to. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. This number should be written clearly on the outside of the shipping package. We do not pay shipping costs for returning or exchanging product unless the return is a result of an error on our part. We reserve the right to charge you actual shipping costs for the replacement product to be sent to you, and we will notify you in advance (requesting your approval) if this is the case. Note that our website often charges flat rates or promotionally low rates on the initial purchase – these are NOT actual shipping rates and therefore you may be charged a higher rate for us to ship out your new product from an exchange, but the rate will not exceed $9.50 for standard 'Ground' shipping.
2) Opened/Worn/Products Without Original Manufacturer’s Packaging: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we recognize that sometimes manufacturer defect, customer sizing or product color choice errors do occur. To that end, in many cases, we WILL accept returns or exchanges of product that has been worn. PRODUCTS MUST BE WASHED PRIOR TO RETURN – UNWASHED OR PRODUCTS WITH AN ODOR WILL IMMEDIATELY BE SHIPPED BACK TO YOU AND YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED THE ACTUAL SHIPPING RATE. All open-box or worn product returns or exchanges will undergo an evaluation process to assure that the return is not a result of customer misuse or abuse. Once the determination has been made that the product return is for valid reason, credit will be issued to the originally used credit card, or the replacement product will be shipped out.
