To check the status of an order:
You can check the status of your at any time by going to the Member Area and viewing the Order History. The latest status information is at the bottom of the screen. Of course, you can always write to us if you have additional questions. [back to top]

If the sizing wizard returns a response of 'Contact Customer Service':
We're sorry for the inconvenience... Please scroll down and use the form to contact us. Submit your exact measurements, any pertinent medical conditions, the compression strength and product you intend to buy, and any aditional information you feel we may need in order to make an intelligent recommendation. To ease your mind, remember that incorrectly sized stockings may be exchanged for the proper size (see our terms & conditions). Time to receive orders:
Most all items are in stock and available for immediate shipment. Unless you specify otherwise, all orders will be shipped by either USPS Priority or by UPS Ground service. These are the most economical methods. In most cases, these methods will put the product in your hands in 3 to 5 business days, but please understand that we have no control over the exact delivery times. Waist measurements for pantyhose:
Since all our hosiery are graduated compression, the least amount of compresion is actually at the top (near waist). Due to the ingredients that make up the stockings, they have a tremendous amount of stretch and since the compression is almost absent from the top, most people have no problem with the waist area fitting. If however, you feel that you situation might be different than most people's - feel free to ask us using the form below. [back to top]

Washing compression garments:
Wash compression stockings and socks in warm water on gentle cycle using a very mild liquid detergent. For best results we highly recommend the SIGVARIS Washing Formula. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners and NEVER use Woolite. Air drying is preferred. [back to top]
